📄 Personalised Sleep Plan — How to Use
What this page does. It pulls together everything the other tools on this site work out separately — your chronotype, your sleep timing, a wind-down routine and sound suggestions — into one document you can print or save as a PDF.
Step 1 — Check what was loaded
If you have already taken the Chronotype Quiz, filled in the sleep-debt grid or scored your bedroom on this device, those answers appear automatically in the boxes below. Anything already found shows a green “loaded” tag. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — it is read from your own browser storage.
Step 2 — Fill in the rest
Set the time you need to wake up, how many cycles you are aiming for, and roughly how long you take to fall asleep. The fine-tune switches (high stress, caffeine after lunch) add realistic minutes to your fall-asleep time, exactly the way the main calculator does.
Step 3 — Generate, then print
Press Build My Plan. Scroll through it, then press Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. The page is styled so the navigation, buttons and form disappear — only the plan itself prints.
Tips
- Print in portrait, with background graphics on, for the coloured section headers.
- The blank 7-day tracker on the last page is meant to be filled in by hand and kept by your bed.
- Re-run it after a few weeks — your chronotype rarely changes, but your target bedtime often does.
This plan is general sleep-hygiene education, not medical advice. Persistent insomnia, loud snoring, breathing pauses or daytime sleepiness that does not improve are reasons to see a doctor.
Your Personalised Sleep Plan
One document: your chronotype, your bedtime schedule, a wind-down routine timed to the minute, and the sounds best suited to how you sleep. Built in your browser, printed from your browser — nothing is uploaded.
